I'd Diet is the two-man DIY song making project of Sean Gavan and Fred Walton. Having formed in 2009 and originally from Liverpool, they are now based in Leeds. Armed with a variety of instruments and a laptop, they create songs fusing together a mixture of styles and sounds. Loud guitars, electronic experimentation and obscure lyrics is far from uncommon.
