Leeds band L-Mo, winners of the regional heat of the On-Line and On-Tour '09 competition run by Island Records and the Metro newspaper, will release a single on Monday 30th November.

Titled 'Simple Living', the single will be available via iTunes, Amazon and all major download sites.
