Following the split of Leeds band Vib Gyor last year, singer Dave & drummer Jonny have regrouped under the name Fossil Collective, and have promptly released their debut EP entitled Honey Slides this month on iTunes.

The EP show a change of direction from their previous incarnation, veering towards a more folky sound, influenced by artists such as Neil Young, Bon Iver, Fleet Foxes & Midlake to name a few.

Lead track On & On is accompanied by an animated video by Ashley dean who is renknown for his videos for iLiKETRAiNS and more recently his sledgehammer homage for Lone Wolf.
