Fairly reclusive Leeds band Juxtaposition have finished recording and mixing their debut EP for imminent release on Captured Records. Five tracks have been recorded over a nine month period, with eight studio days devoted to the project. The results are exciting and fully justify the "feast of sound" description given to them by Jockrock reviewer John Clarke following last year's Glasgow gig. One of the tracks, "take a holiday", with a video produced by four degree design of York, will be available to audiences on the band's October tour.

Starting at Leeds Metropolitan University on Sunday October 13th, the tour goes on to Glasgow's West 13th on Saturday 19th, Newcastle's Stage Door on the 23rd, Dublin's Cobblestone on the 24th, a Cork University College lunchtime session on the 25th and Cork's Lobby on the evening of the 25th.
