Festival Republic, the organisers of the annual Leeds Festival, today revealed the line up for the Lock Up Stage with West Yorkshire band Random Hand a notable local inclusion on the Saturday.

Leeds will host the Lock Up Stage on Friday and Saturday, after which the tent is renamed the Dance Stage for the Sunday.

Headlining the stage on the same day as Random Hand will be California's Social Distortion with the Lock Up Stage on Saturday also featuring Anti-Flag, Every Time I Die, Bouncing Souls, Saves The Day, Touche Amore, A Wilhelm Scream, Ceremony, Star Fucking Hipsters, Dead To Me and Pettybone.

The opening night will be headlined by Florida's Less Than Jake, one of the pioneers of the ska punk scene.

They will be joined during the day on Friday by Me First And The Gimme Gimmes, Gallows, Turbonegro, Trash Talk, Good Riddance, The Skints, Polar Bear Club, This Is Hell, The Flatliners, and Apologies, I Have None.

In other Leeds Festival news, Los Campesinos! were added to the Main Stage line up on Sunday 26th August, the day that Kasabian will close off the weekend festivities.

Also on Sunday, over on the Dance Stage, organisers have today announced that headliners Metronomy will be joined by Modestep, Feed Me, Grimes, Japanese Popstars, Clement Marfo and the Frontline, Jagga, and a DJ set from Zinc.
