As part of Leeds Central Library's Library Fest the Music & Performing Arts Library has announced that it will be opening its doors to welcome music collectives, community groups, training organisations, education establishments, students, and members of the general public.

The open day takes place on Sunday 22nd February from 11am to 3pm.

Leeds Music & Performing Arts Library offers a great resource to musicians, academics and appreciators alike and organisers of the open day are hoping to encourage more users to take advantage of their services.

The open day will provide an opportunity for musicians and groups to meet one another, promote their own services, and find out what they do at the library.

Sunday will also offer an opportunity for everyone to have their say on proposals for future events at the Music & Performing Arts Library.
