Mindslide were formed in Leeds in early 2004 by Andy and Richard who had been in a few bands together before, around 10 songs were written and demoed before other band members were recruited by advertising.

The band played their first gig on the 9th June 2004 at The Vine in Leeds and went down rather well. They soon changed their name to Cooberstone and never looked back after this, playing gigs, both headlining and supporting other bands throughout the summer.

In October the band released their long awaited debut EP which is available at the gigs..
